Help Wanted- Director of Nursing – Independent Strides Home Health

Provides skilled nursing care to the agency’s home health clients of all ages in their place of residence as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the Kansas State Board of Nursing and the agency policies and procedures. Manages and delegates the nursing care given and is responsible for coordination of care and services the client receives in the home to meet the patient’s needs. Make the initial evaluation visit, initiate the plan of care, regularly reevaluate the patients’ nursing needs, and make necessary revisions to the plan of care. Confers with physicians and facilitates communications between clients and their physician.
