Come help define gainful employment pathways for youth and young adults with disabilities. As an Employment First state, Kansas’ priority is for youth and young adults with dis-abilities to transition into employment. The Transformers Coalition—a coalition of state agencies, nonprofits, and other interested parties—needs your assistance in identifying successes and challenges youth and young adults with disabilities experi-ence during the transition to employment. Who should attend? Youth, young adults, family members, community members, educators, providers, and other professionals who wish to help define employment pathways for youth and young adults with disabilities.
