Having issues with MCOs not paying for services? Contact the KanCare Ombudsman

The Community Developmental Disability Organization has been hearing of concerns with the new Managed Care Organizations involved with the new KanCare system not paying for medications, hospitalization, necessary care, etc.

Angela Allen, the director of the CDDO, asks those having these issues, or persons hearing of these problems, to please earmark this information and call the KanCare Ombudsman in Topeka for assistance in resolving such KanCare-related issues.
