Update on the new Kansas Authenticare system. At this time we need to make sure everyone is doing what they can to get paid on time and correctly.
The following are very important steps that need to be done.
1- If you’re NOT calling into the Kansas Authenticare system (no phone, etc) you must state either on the time sheet or on the Call In/Out Notes sheet WHY YOU ARE NOT CALLING IN USING THE AUTHENTICARE SYSTEM. Put this on every time sheet or Call In/Out Notes sheet you turn in.
2- CODES- if you don’t put them on your time sheet, if you forgot to call in, Authenticare will not accept times without CODES.
CODES are numbered from 11-34. See back of the time sheet for the codes you use while working. Put all codes on all time sheets.
3- Call In/Out Notes Sheet- The notes are called “Call in/out”. This is for the times you called (either right or wrong). The TIME SHEET Should say the times you ACTUALLY WORKED, NOT WHAT YOU CALLED IN. On the Call in/out notes sheet, put why you didn’t call at the time you started or ended your shift. Remember don’t clock in more than 3 minutes early or 3 minutes late.
4- You must be calling from the CUSTOMERS PHONE. If Authenticare does not accept it, call Parsons at 800-688-5616 to see if the correct number is in the Authenticare system for the customer you work for.
5- Services when calling- choose the correct service when calling. Listen for the correct option you need.
- PD-personal services-these are the DAY TIME HOURS WORKED (not sleep cycle)
- PD-Sleep cycle support- these are for SLEEP CYCLE SERVICES ONLY-DOES NOT ACCEPT CODES IN THIS OPTION.
- MFPD-MONEY FOLLOWS THE PERSON-If you know your employer has these services, select this option when calling in.
6- Update your contact information-in case we need to reach you regarding your time sheet. Also, if you don’t have our “new” 2012 time sheets call the office and request some.
