Commodity Distribution

Parsons, Ks – Sign-up and Distribution of food commodities will be conducted from 1-4 p.m. October 18th at the Labette Assistance Center, located inside Westside Community center, 301 North 30th Street in Parsons.  Eligible Labette county residents must meet certain income guidelines.  The maximum gross income for a one person household is $1180.  Add $414 to that figure for each additional family member.  Recipients must have a current photo ID.  Items include applesauce, corn, grapefruit juice, UHT milk, salmon, spaghetti and sauce plus pinto beans.  For more information call 620-421-0700.
